Maya Hotel

The room was comfortable, with wooden shutters, a pleasant renovation, and a very warm shower. There’s a fridge and everything needed to make tea. The location worked well for us, with a doner just a five-minute walk away and a modern bar nearby that has live music on Thursdays. We’ll remember the hostess’s hospitality most of all. When rain made it hard for us to find a taxi, the owner drove us to our place. Thanks for all the help.

It was generally a good stay, though the location is noisy. I originally thought checkout was at 1 pm because that was what Airbnb showed, but staff started knocking at 11:50 am. I later learned that I’d misunderstood and check-in was until 11 am. Sorry I hadn’t checked properly, and sorry again. Have a good day!

They canceled my reservation three days before the trip, five days after I’d paid in full. They didn’t explain why, and when I called, they hung up after speaking with me for a minute. Absolutely awful service.

There isn’t much of a reception, but for a very reasonable price it’s a decent place to stay. No complaints from me, I’d recommend it.
