That view from Room C is hard to beat, with the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. We arrived late on December 30 for a seven-night stay, and the man at check-in was wonderful. Everything was closed, so he arranged for two salads to be brought to our rooms. They were delicious, and just what we needed after the long trip. The room is lovely. The lighting is quite dim, though, so a floor lamp beside the sofa would be a nice addition. It gives the room a moody feel, depending on your taste. And the location puts you right in the middle of the old town as soon as you step outside. A special place to stay.

Breakfast was a real highlight: lots of healthy options, good variety, and locally sourced. There’s also a public coffee shop next door with cakes baked fresh on site each day, and plenty of outdoor seating on different levels for eating or relaxing. We stayed at 6 Rooms for seven nights and had a great time. The hotel is in a quiet, handy spot in old town Side. Rooms are modern and clean, with nice furnishings and very comfortable beds. The hotel’s bar and restaurant is a two-minute walk away. Its menu is limited, but you get sea views and can use the sun beds for free. The whole team was friendly and courteous. They were there when we needed something, but never hovering, and always happy to help. If you want a relaxed, smaller place where you can take things at your own pace, this is a good fit.

The room looks great, and we got a warm welcome once we managed to find the place. But the air conditioning isn’t strong enough, so the room stays too warm overnight. The shower water kept switching on and off nonstop, which got annoying while washing my hair. The fire extinguisher outside the door has expired and should be replaced, since that’s a fire risk. We also couldn’t lock the front door. Breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person.

The outdoor spaces felt like a calm little hideaway, even though the main street and harbour were only minutes away. There were plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade, with archaeological remains visible beneath glass floors and some unusual wooden chairs that may have been made from tree roots. We walked miles during the week, with the amphitheatre and lots of architectural remains about ten minutes away. There’s plenty to see without a car. We booked this at the last minute after looking at the huge all-inclusive hotels around the region. I’m glad we chose somewhere smaller and more personal. 6rooms was a great find, and the week-long stay suited us really well. The room was comfortable, nicely laid out, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked very well, perhaps a bit too well on the first night. The large shower had good pressure and a steady flow. The staff were kind, considerate, and very helpful. The cafe and kitchen ladies made a lovely breakfast and some really nice cakes. I’d highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful stay away from the packed, noisy all-inclusive hotels. We’d definitely come back.

We only stopped for coffee, but found a lovely little spot. There’s a small coffee shop inside with cakes, and outdoor seating with a great sea view. The floor is glass, so you can look down at the ruins underneath. We were also shown around the rooms, and they were fantastic. It’s a beautiful setting in a bright courtyard, among lovely little shops.
