My first time staying in a hostel, and it left me with a good feeling. The owner is kind, and the Iranian staff were lovely. The food nearby is really distinctive too. I'd go back.

Everything was very clean and white, and the facilities were good. The location is handy, just a few minutes on foot to the train and Metro, and 3 minutes to the sea. The Metro ride to the airport takes 20 or 30 minutes. Serkan was a really nice person, happy to help and share information. Also, the boss is beautiful and her little son is very handsome 😊

I only meant to spend two nights in Izmir, but ended up staying five, then came back after a short trip for two more. Serkan treats everyone like a friend and is probably one of the friendliest people in Turkey, so be warned, you may stay longer than planned. The location made it easy to get wherever I needed to go. My room was spacious, clean, lovely, and comfortable, with its own bathroom. There's also a shared kitchen on the rooftop that guests can use for free.

Communication was easy, and the room was clean with a good range of amenities. It felt like staying in a hotel room. I spent 3 nights at Serkan 's place and had a 9/10 experience. I'd definitely stay there again if I get the chance to return to Izmir and stay in the corner Alsancak.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is great. My dorm had a little terrace where you could sit with a cup of tea, and both the rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Even the dorm rooms have their own bathrooms. There are small lockers, though only 3/4 of the ones in my dorm worked. WiFi is free, and laundry is relatively cheap. There's a curfew, but you get keys to the hostel and your room, which made me feel secure. Prices are fine. There's no breakfast, but a famous bakery nearby does cheap, tasty breakfasts.
