This place feels more like a home than a luxury hotel. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the price was relatively modest. It’s in a neighborhood full of restaurants and shopping centers, which made it convenient for resting and enjoying myself. The services and amenities aren't those of a luxury property, but that wasn't what I was looking for.
Very dirty.
Our internet hadn't worked at all for three days, and no one dealt with our complaints. Staff didn't reply to our messages or come to the room to check the connection.
The furniture is worn, though it's still comfortable and usable. For the price, the stay was about what I'd expect, and the location was okay for me. The strong cigarette smell was the main problem.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and have the feel of a family home. Service was pretty standard, nothing special, and parking is lacking. The property is also on higher ground.
