The staff were really friendly and always up for a chat. It's a good low-cost choice for students, with restaurants and shops nearby and the promenade easy to reach.

Don't stay here. The place is awful, with things constantly broken. When she moved in, the door and Klima weren't working. They asked to switch rooms, but had to wait 5-7 days. The replacement room had a broken toilet and a light that didn't work. Truly terrible.

If you need somewhere to sleep, you'd be better off on the grass by the promenade. It would be cleaner. The service is the complete opposite of what a hotel should offer. I was impressed by the Serenity Hotel at first: the spacious entrance, elegant lobby and calm, stylish feel. The reception staff were attentive and friendly, and made me feel like a guest. Everything looked clean and orderly, and the decor seemed thoughtfully balanced. The rooms also appeared modern, neat and clean, and the beds were so comfortable it felt like sleeping on clouds. I felt secure with the card entry, solid doors and room safe, and comfortable leaving my belongings there.
