The managers and staff couldn't have been kinder, and the place was so clean and new that it felt perfect. I felt right at home. Even the shampoo and toothpaste were good quality, not the cheap hotel kind. Google only lets me give five stars, but honestly, this place deserves ten. Greetings to everyone who works there ❤️

The walls are thin enough that you hear the neighbors, which was the one downside. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay, the room was clean, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

It was a quiet, peaceful hotel, and the staff's warm conversations and smiling faces made us feel at home. They were attentive and helpful with everything. We had a truly wonderful stay, with great comfort and cleanliness. Thanks to all the staff for everything.

The hotel itself is generally good, but our 10-day stay left us uneasy about housekeeping. We didn't trust the staff enough to let them clean while we were out. Under the beds, we found socks from previous guests, and there was underwear in the closet. When we asked for cleaning, the housekeeper, Sevgi, seemed especially sulky and dismissive. We also asked to change rooms because an electrical outlet wasn't working. She told us to use the one beside the bed and asked, “What's the big deal?” The housekeeping staff treated us abusively in various ways. Mr. Birol was the only person who could get problems sorted out; without him, nobody at the hotel could.
