The construction next door woke us early, and the cold made it hard to sleep. There was no heater, the air conditioning did nothing, and we all ended up sleeping in our coats. I woke with a sore throat after breathing that icy air. The cleanliness was awful too, especially the kettle, which we were disgusted to use. This wasn't worth staying at. We were misled by the Google rating.

The reception team are courteous and polite, but the meat at the restaurant seemed strange. It’s a nice hotel, though nighttime fights keep happening and I can’t sleep.

The residence manager, Mr. Gökhan, looks after all the issues that come up. It’s a safe, respectable place where you can live with peace of mind, and the staff are friendly. One of the best residences around here, with attentive, considerate management.

I moved here from Ankara on someone’s recommendation, and I’m very happy with the residence. The staff are attentive and professional, and it suits every need. A special thanks to Nihat for helping me.
