The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is clean and modern, and the room had a cozy bed, good Wi-Fi, and a decent desk for work. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, fresh and tasty with enough variety. Getting around was easy too, with restaurants, shops, and transport nearby. I had a pretty smooth stay at Business Palas Otel. It’s not especially fancy, but the value, comfort, and service make it a good option for business or just passing through.

I stayed in the deluxe suite with my husband and our two babies. They have baby beds if you need one, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great too. I’d definitely recommend this hotel 😊

My stay was very satisfying, thanks to the Business Palas Team. The rooms were clean, the personnel were nice, and the location was good. Breakfast could be better, perhaps with hot dishes served alongside the breakfast plate.
