Casa Di Pietra Kabak Hotel

The sea-facing veranda is a lovely place to have the Turkish breakfast, which is wonderful. The hotel is small and charming, run by a helpful, friendly family. There are a couple of decent, fairly priced restaurants and a mini-market just across the road, and the location works well for trekking in the natural parks or exploring secluded beaches. The closest beach, though, is a good 30-minute walk down a steep hill. Also, the local infrastructure across the road, like electric cables and hot water boilers, takes away a little from the otherwise stunning views. The business deserves five stars.

The beautiful hotel view and well-designed shared spaces were real pluses, and there’s parking. There’s also a family-run restaurant across the road with tasty food and lovely views. Still, I found the price too high for what you get. The room has no air conditioning or fridge, which is inconvenient when there aren’t many shops nearby, and the shower has no sliding door. There isn’t much to do in the area, either. Getting to the beach is tricky, parking there can be hard, and the beach itself isn’t well maintained.

I felt very welcome and could really relax at Casa di Pietra. The owner and hotel managers were around and so kind, genuine, hospitable people. They even helped me with my twisted ankle. The Turkish breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful stone house has cozy rooms, some without AC, with either sea or mountain views. From the terrace, mountains and sea stretch all around you, which makes Casa Di Pietra special to me. Kabak is quiet and beautiful, and I’ll definitely return. Çok teşekkür ederim!

The rooms were cozy, and the view and location were lovely. Breakfast is arranged with the restaurant next door, where we ate with a spectacular view. Parking was challenging even though free parking was listed in the booking, and the water pressure was very low for a shower at night. It was fixed the next morning. The owner m’s hospitality was superb: he carried our luggage, gave us water for free, and let us check out an hour late. Thanks for the hospitality. I’ll definitely come back.
