Felice Hotel

The lunch and dinner buffets were nice, with a range of salads and some well-cooked dishes. The person serving the main courses, though, was always in a bad mood, complaining and not at all polite. The location and rooms are good for a three-star hotel.

The room maid could have done a better job with the cleaning, but I enjoyed my stay overall. It’s a clean, tidy hotel in a nice location about 15 minutes from the beach. The staff were helpful, the pool was good, and the food was decent.

We went in July with our three-year-old daughter and came away with a positive impression. The staff were friendly and polite, and the rooms were clean. Meals were nice and healthy, with lots of vegetables and soup every day, though the menu wasn’t much different from other places in Turkey. Our room had a small issue: the landline didn’t work. Wi-Fi was weak and only available on the ground floor or at reception. I would have liked to mention it to staff, but when your days are full of activities, the sea and trips to interesting places, it wasn’t a big deal. We also liked the location for walking to Moonlight Beach, about 15-20 minutes, and to the city center.

It was a quiet place with hardly any kids around, and the room was fine. The beach was a 15-minute walk and the town center about five minutes away. There was a nice dark-haired woman at reception, but also a very rude Russian-speaking man. The food was fine, though you have to buy your own water. There’s no free Wi-Fi, and the towels and sheets were old and torn. The pool can’t be used in the evening.
