Turan Hill Lounge

The rooms are lovely, though sounds from outside carry in easily. It’s quite remote, and the road there is rough, so expect a long trip. The place is lush and has a Hawaii feel. I only wish we’d stayed longer. Highly recommend!

The food was the part my husband and I looked forward to every day. They served a three-course meal with typical Turkish dishes, and the taste was amazing. There were cats and dogs around all the time, which was really sweet, and the staff felt like a family, always friendly and willing to handle almost all our requests. Turan Hill Lounge is a little boutique hotel tucked into nature. I felt like I’d been dropped into a jungle, but with plenty of comfort and beautiful views. The rooms each have their own style, matching the hotel’s peaceful, nature-loving feel. Such an amazing experience. Thank you, Turan Hill Family!

We cut our planned seven-night stay down to four. The views were wonderful, the food absolutely delicious, and the staff very kind and helpful, but it was hard to sleep with loud music from nearby campsites and beach clubs. There are lots of cats and dogs around, and the smell of animal feces was very noticeable. The manager didn’t seem to understand our complaint about the noise and simply suggested earplugs. The rooms weren’t very clean, and the windows had no proper curtains, so sleeping without a mask was difficult. The nearby beach was very dirty, and the water wasn’t clean because motorboats were parked there. The place felt old overall. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids or anyone after a calm retreat. Avoid the « Leo » room, which opens right onto the restaurant and gets very noisy.

My mom and I had the most wonderful five days here. It felt like heaven on earth, peaceful and right in the middle of nature, with plants everywhere and exceptional mountain and ocean views from the rooms and terrace. The manager was friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of hiking tips for the area. Dinner was different every night, and the food was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options. There’s a yoga platform you can use, and you can get here by bus from Fethiye/Ölüdeniz. It was perfect for relaxing, and great value for money. I’ll definitely come back.
