Shambala Lodge sits in a gorgeous part of Kabak, with beautiful nature all around. The sea views and sunsets are breathtaking. It’s clean and well maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly when you need them while still letting the place stay calm and quiet. A great choice for anyone wanting peace and a chance to reconnect with nature. Highly recommended.

The people working here are what made it feel like home. Arda, Gigi, Melis, and the rest of the team were genuinely friendly and always made sure we were having a good time. We were actually sad to leave. It’s a quiet, magical place with an atmosphere that feels truly unique.

Just reviewing the restaurant: the food was very good. At night, the setting feels magical, especially when you head down to the bar lounge after dinner. It has a special, almost festival-like vibe.

Out of the 45 countries I’ve visited, The Shambala is probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. It’s so peaceful, and the views are breathtaking. I’ve never felt this calm. We spent four nights there and wished we’d booked one or two weeks. Late spring and early fall seem like the best times, when it’s off season and there aren’t many other visitors. There aren’t many foreign visitors either, mostly locals. Highly recommend!

There are so many little corners around the property where you can sit, read, or just take in the forest and sea views. From the moment I arrived, I was taken by the scenery and the quiet, peaceful feel of the place. A truly magical escape that went beyond what I expected.
