Moja City Hotel

The staff made this feel like home from the moment we arrived until we left. Ilker A.,Yavuz T., and Mehmet T. were three of the kindest people I've ever met, and the breakfast and cleaning ladies were lovely too. Everyone welcomed us with a smile and treated us like family. They even went beyond anything I expected to help with a last-minute surprise for my girlfriend. I can't thank them enough for their care and dedication. The location is right in the heart of Kadikoy on the Asian side, with the metro, Marmaray, buses, and ferry nearby for getting around Istanbul. Our room was super clean and better than I expected, and I really liked the hotel's modern feel. Breakfast was almost a full lunch: hot and cold drinks, a Turkish breakfast plate, plus fresh omelettes, boiled eggs, or menemen. This has been the best hotel stay of my life so far. We'll stay here every time we come to Istanbul.

A comfortable, pleasant stay, and I'd definitely recommend it. The location was perfect and the staff were always welcoming and smiling. The mattress felt a little too hard for me.

The people here were the highlight for me. I ran into a few personal difficulties during my stay, unrelated to the hotel, and the staff went well out of their way to help. They were consistently friendly, and the location is perfect too. If you're staying nearby, I'd book without hesitation.

I stayed for a week and had a good experience. My room looked like it did on the website, with modern decor, good lighting, and enough outlets to be practical. It wasn't large, but it was comfortable and clean. There were two safes, an empty mini fridge, a hairdryer, a large mirror, and air conditioning. Housekeeping was great, with clean towels and water every day. The bed was a little firm, though that's personal preference and may suit you fine. The included breakfast was a real plus. Along with the usual Turkish breakfast platter, you could choose how you wanted your eggs cooked. Staff were welcoming and often greeted me as I came in, and sometimes offered tea or coffee. I travelled alone as a woman and felt safe throughout my stay. WhatsApp communication was okay. The location is a big advantage: Kadiköy İskelesi is right across from the hotel, and the bus station is about a five-minute walk away. It was easy to explore Istanbul by public transport, especially by ferry. From room 203, I could even see a little of the sea and Hagia Sophia in the distance. The hotel sits at the start of a fairly busy street, so it could get noisy, but closing the windows cut it down enough that it didn't bother me much. The price was a bit high, but I think it was worth it. I'd stay again :)
