We were happy with the value for money over our 9 days, even though there were a few small drawbacks. The drinks were good, with imported alcohol such as whisky, and there was always enough tasty food. The snack bar did handmade pizza and tasty tortillas, so everyone could find something. When we had problems, staff sorted them quickly and with a smile. We also lost a few valuable items, but they were found at reception and returned by staff, which says a lot about the service. I’m surprised at complaints about the beach distance or Land of Legends. The hotel description clearly mentions a shuttle to the beach, and Land of Legends is a 14-minute walk, which is a nice evening stroll unless you’re so drunk you can’t manage it. Some people pay reasonable money for a new 5-star hotel in Belek and expect staff to carry them to the restaurant on a throne. The value is excellent: plenty of food, good alcohol, entertainment for adults and kids, plus a great animation team running water polo and darts every day. Nikita was professional, helpful, and friendly, as were Gulcan and Ali from the bar, reception, the animation team, and the housekeeping ladies, who practically work 24/7 and are very kind. We’ve stayed in pricier places where the standard was worse. Belek itself was the only disappointment, since there’s basically nothing besides Land of Legends, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I truly recommend it.

The big pool kept the kids happily occupied throughout our stay, and Land of Legends is right nearby, making it convenient to enjoy the attractions. There was a wide range of tasty food each day, and everything was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we really enjoyed our family vacation here. Great hotel, we’d definitely recommend it to families.

Dilyara at reception made a real difference to our visit. She was outstanding, always smiling, and went out of her way to make us comfortable and help with anything we needed. The welcome from the team was warm and professional from the moment we arrived. There’s lots to enjoy here: the beautifully designed spa was so relaxing, the massage left us refreshed, and the clean, well-equipped gym worked for both a quick workout and a full session. The rooms were comfortable, and the quality and attention to detail showed throughout the hotel. It’s easy to relax and enjoy your time here without worrying about anything. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for a comfortable, luxurious, welcoming visit. Thanks to Dilyara and the whole team, we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel itself is great, and so are the rooms and housekeeping. But when I became very unwell and asked for a doctor, I was told there wasn’t one because it was out of hours. I asked the young boy to call an ambulance because I couldn’t breathe properly, and he just looked at me blankly. I had to leave and struggle down the road to a pharmacy to get an ambulance. The next day, while I was still ill, I spoke to the guest service manager. He tried to quiet me down, saying, “well youre better now,” but I wasn’t. There’s much more to it. I spent most of my holiday in the riom, since sitting still was OK but walking was so difficult. I flew home and had to ask for oxygen on the plane. At my local A&E department I was diagnosed with a double pulmonary Embolism. The hospital team said it was a miracle I didn’t die. The hotel needs to do better when someone asks for help while ill. I’ll never come back. The guest manager knew I was unwell and in my room, but never checked on me.
