Green Max Hotel

My daughter loves the Children's Club, especially animator Masha ❤❤❤. They do crafts and games with the kids each day, then there's a mini disco and prizes for taking part in the evening. Adults also have shows and discos every night. The hotel has its pros and cons, but I liked it and thought it was good overall.

Our first stay at this hotel was a family holiday, and the kids spent all day at the mini club making bracelets and playing darts. The evening program was a highlight, with awards handed out on stage. Our child was thrilled. Many thanks to Veronica, Darina, and Fadime!

I only just checked in, and the first impression wasn't great. We got here around 1:30 am to a crowded lobby, mostly Russian guests with some complaints, and just one receptionist and one bell boy handling everyone. I wouldn't expect that at a 5-star hotel. Both staff members were doing their best to help, though, and I appreciated it. The room is a decent size but old and worn, and it wasn't clean. The carpet and bathroom are dated, there was an unpleasant smell, fur blankets instead of duvets, no tissue box, and the towels were hard and greyish, so not comfortable to use. There were no small snacks or fruit in the room for late-night arrivals, which would have helped. I haven't seen the food, service or pool cleanliness yet, so I'll follow up after the stay. The pool was pretty good, and the beach was close, so at least there's that. Service was decent, but nowhere near what you'd expect from a five-star place. For an ultra all-inclusive hotel, charging 4 euros for a glass of orange juice is something else. The rooms were small and dated, and the bed felt like lying on steel springs. Food was horrific apart from one edible thing, a fried egg at breakfast. The buffet had plenty of ultra-processed meats and coffee that tasted like chlorine. Every day they blasted loud Russian music from 22.00-02.00, and you could hear it through the wall. The air conditioning didn't work, and when switched on it sounded like a plane taking off.
