Regnum The Crown Resort

From the start to the end, everything at Regnum The Crown felt flawless, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a premium, memorable holiday. The rooms are huge, luxuriously designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Every meal at the à la carte restaurants felt like fine dining. The spa was, without exaggeration, one of the best in Türkiye, with standout facilities, atmosphere, and service.

The sports team really stood out. Nilgün, Alisa, Natali, Şehit, Derya, Ogi, and Mehran, the assistant manager of the physical activity team, all brought great knowledge, skill, and energy. They clearly give 200%, and it made a real difference during our stay. Lotus is another highlight: Chef Mr. Firat Aktok prepares organic, flavorful dishes with real care, and each plate was delicious and thoughtfully done. Many thanks to Mr. Amin and Mr. Oktay for their kind, professional, dedicated service. Mr. Alexandr Hansen, assistant and welcoming hostess, also gave us valuable help during our stay. Regnum The Crown is a beautiful, recently opened hotel with a modern, refined look and very spacious, comfortable rooms. The main issue is that service and organization could be better. More staff on duty would mean quicker help and service more in keeping with a five-star hotel. It has enormous potential and could become exceptional with some organizational adjustments.

The family presence at this family-owned hotel is easy to feel. They’re humble, kind, and approachable with guests. Regnum The Crown is a lovely, modern, elegant expansion of the Regnum Carya complex. Lotus is one of the reasons I’d return. Chef Mr Firat Aktok makes refined, organic, flavorful food, with respect for nature and care in every dish. He’s an exceptional, humble chef. Mr. Amin and Mr. Oktay brought warmth and professionalism to the dining experience. The fitness and wellness team were also excellent: Mrs Alisa, Mrs Natali, Mrs Nilgün, Mr. Şehit, Mr. Ogi, Mrs Derya, the nutritionist, and Mr. Mehran, assistant manager of the fitness team, all showed expertise, energy, and commitment. It made a real difference. I’m always glad to see Mr. Gökhan Karasüllü, Lobby Manager at Carya, who’s smiling and ready to help. Thanks also to Mr. Hidayet for making us comfortable at the spa and improving our wellness experience. There’s room to improve the service and general organization. More staff could provide faster, more consistent service at a five-star level. Management could also follow the hiring approach of Mr. Firat Aktok at Lotus Restaurant and Mr. Engin at the gym, choosing people for real competence, professional knowledge, and a good human approach. That would improve service across departments and reflect Regnum The Crown's vision and standards.

Our family holiday at Regnum The Crown Antalya Belek was extraordinary, with top-quality accommodation, food, and service. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Mr. Alper at the Riviera Restaurant, Mr. Erhan at the Maya Restaurant, and Mr. Mehmet at the Riviera Beach made the trip even more memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel special, just as you’d expect from a hotel with such a strong reputation. We’re grateful for their efforts and the unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
