Sy Hotels Belek

We stayed just 1 day of our 7 because of problems at Sy Hotels Belek. The hotel management and Booking.com both agreed verbally and in writing to refund the remaining 6 nights, 1290.10 EUR. It's now been over 6 months, and the hotel is avoiding responsibility. Booking.com checked my bank statements and confirmed the refund request, but the hotel is now trying to deny the agreement. They kept more than 9,600 DKK (1290.10 EUR) for nights we didn't receive. We've spent 6 months pursuing this with all our documentation, but the hotel has ignored the facts. I've started a GDPR data access request for phone recordings and chat logs, and my bank has opened a formal chargeback case. This is a breach of the agreement, not just poor service. Future guests should be careful: if something goes wrong, the hotel may keep your money despite agreements. Management, I expect the agreed 1290.10 EUR refund immediately.

Aksana gave us valuable advice for every question and more, thank you! The rooms were clean and cosy, the pools felt luxurious, and the waterpark was great fun. Food was fresh, varied and delicious, and the beach was clean too. It's also a great base for visiting the Park of Legends. You can spend a full day there, then be back at SY hotel in 10 minutes to rest and have dinner.

We had the best days ever at Sy Hotel. The view was great wherever we were, and the hospitality was perfect. Food, room and activities were all great. A wonderful experience!

We traveled from Poland for a golf holiday that was also meant to celebrate my 30th birthday. We chose your hotel because it was advertised as newly renovated and expected a higher standard of accommodation. Instead, we were moved to an old hotel of a significantly lower standard, one we wouldn't have chosen ourselves. We booked in June 2025 to arrive on 7 February 2026. When we got to your hotel yesterday, we were told on site that it was closed. We were shocked, as we had received no notice beforehand. If we'd known, we would have preferred to cancel and receive a full refund.
