At least the Wi-Fi worked, which I was glad about. The rest needed attention: the carpets were filthy, with hair and cigarette burns, and the kitchen had nothing but a kettle. Dust covered the mirror and tables, so I had to clean them myself. A rooster in the backyard also woke me at 5:30 in the morning.

You can stay here alone or with family, for one day or longer. It's clean and tidy, and you can feel at ease staying here. My only suggestion is to stock more water in the fridge during summer.

Efe Residence has a quiet, warm, family feel, and the staff are friendly. I came from Kayseri to Kahramanmaraş Hospital and ended up staying three days over the weekend. This residence was both suitable and better than the other one. I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks to the staff of Efe Residence.

The floors are filthy, and the rooms are old and awful. This is the most run-down apartment you'll ever see. Don't book before seeing it, or you'll regret it. I absolutely can't recommend it.

Whenever I go to Kahramanmaraş, this is the one place where I can stay without worrying. I've been here many times and have been fully satisfied each time. The staff's attention and care, along with the hygiene and cleanliness, are top-notch.
