Radisson Blu Mount Erciyes Hotel

The meals were excellent, with good quality, plenty of variety and impressive presentation. Staff were professional and attentive, clearly focused on guest satisfaction. The pool setup is a highlight: an indoor pool connects to an outdoor section, so you can swim outside by diving through, which is fantastic and quite unique for Erciyes conditions. The spa and shared areas are thoughtfully designed and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely mountain atmosphere. The location offers true ski-in / ski-out convenience. With comfort and service like this, the hotel sets the standard in Erciyes.

The spa and wellness area was a real highlight. We loved swimming out into the warm water to enjoy the fresh alpine air and snow covered slopes, with those panoramic mountain views. The separate men's and women's saunas and steam rooms were relaxing, and having a swimsuit drying machine in the changing area was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the spotless surroundings, kept that way by the hardworking housekeeping team. Ice Blu had heated lockers that kept our own ski boots warm and dry each morning, and the helpful staff even assisted guests with their boots. The shop also stocked quality gear, from helmets to gloves. We booked half-board, and every meal was a delight. The presentation was Michelin-star worthy, with so much variety. Breakfast had a live station where a chef made omelets and pancakes to order, and dinner was equally lovely. Restaurant staff cleared tables promptly and served tea at the end of each meal. Our room was comfortable and came with a Nespresso machine, kettle, TV and toiletries, including a shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste. The reception and guest relations teams were warm and helpful, and the concierge was ready to assist when we arrived by car. There was ample parking just outside. The ski-in, ski-out location meant we could spend lots of time on the slopes. The hotel was impeccably clean, and its friendly, professional staff delivered an outstanding five-star experience. Every little detail was taken care of, and this became one of our best ski holidays. Leaving was the only downside. We fell in love with the hotel and its wonderful staff, and will book again next winter. If you’re after the ultimate ski holiday, it’s unbeatable. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I only went to the restaurant for dinner and didn’t stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was nice, and the sea-bass was one of the best I’ve tried. I’d highly recommend it, and the pizza was good too. Very few staff speak English, which was the only issue. The rest was great!

The pool windows really need a clean, since the smudges spoil such a nice view. Huge thanks to Mr Metin for the cakes on the house on our special celebration night :) The rooms were incredible and the service was great. A few things to keep in mind if you’re visiting in low season. We were there on 2-3 April and it was too hot for us. Since this is a winter hotel, there’s no air conditioning and no way to turn off the heater, so we kept the windows open all the time and had more noise. With almost no one in the hotel, there wasn’t an open buffet breakfast, which makes sense. We did get a full breakfast free of charge, but we wish they’d told us before we walked into an empty kitchen.
