Kentpark Exclusive Hotel

Eh, so-so.

Ideal.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of choices for different tastes. Our room was comfortable, tidy, and very clean, with everything thoughtfully prepared. The hotel's calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind after the day. From check-in onward, the staff were attentive and greeted us with warm smiles. We felt at home rather than like we were somewhere unfamiliar, and that meant a lot.

I won't stay there again after reading this review. The rooms were cold, even though they're small, and I had to sleep with a hot water bottle I'd brought from the car. It was winter and -3 degrees Celsius outside. There was air conditioning, but it only cooled, and the radiators didn't warm the rooms. When I went to reception the next morning, they said, "We don't have heaters." I also visited my friend's house that morning, and it was very warm there. The small room size doesn't bother me, but the cold did. With so much construction in Maraş right now, hotels are charging double their value while the quality and service fall short. Hotels of the same quality in Ankara cost half as much, and you can find the same quality in Adana for almost half the price. The price-performance ratio is definitely poor. The entrance floor was freezing, and I slipped and fell. I told reception, and they replied, "It's tiled, it's slippery." I asked them to put down a doormat, but they didn't seem to care, even though I could have broken something. There was a red doormat from the entrance onward, but where I fell, the paving stones had been removed and the area tiled at an angle. I told the receptionist, "Put the mat there, I fell," and got the same answer: "It's tiled, it's slippery." They practically threw me in the mud. Pay 500-600 TL more and stay elsewhere. I'd rather sleep in my car, with it idling, since that would be warmer.
