The Panorama Hill

The warm pool was clean and lovely, and the view of the sea from this beautiful hotel was a real highlight. The rooms were cleaned carefully, and the food was very tasty and served often. I really liked everything, especially the animators, who were simply delightful. I'll definitely come back next year and won't even look at other options.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a nice stay, but a couple of things need attention. The food was cold every time, even when I went early. I also saw a cat licking cutlery on the dining table, which was really unhygienic. It would be good to see these problems addressed.

Reception staff were extremely helpful, which was the one positive for me. The food was just okay and nearly the same each day. There were cats everywhere and the smell of cat litter was overwhelming. There was no entertainment, the lifts didn't work, and someone in our party was stuck in one for 15 minutes. I guess you get what you pay for.

This was my first holiday, and it met all my expectations. The sea view was beautiful, the beach wasn't far away, the rooms were cleaned wonderfully, and the staff were very friendly. There were lots of entertainment programs, and the food was really tasty, I'd say top level. The competitions were the best part, and the animators were kind and responsive. If you want to go somewhere, you can ask them, and they'll give you good advice and help.
