Only breakfast is available, with no restaurant for dinner. The rooms smelled awful and were cold in winter. The split units either didn't work or made a disturbing motor noise, and there were insects too. For a three-star place, this was terribly bad. It should be rated one star.

The breakfast is continental, the picnic kind with jam and honey, and it wasn't much to expect. I also found a yellow mark on the pillow and the towels were old. The rooms felt stuffy, and there was a strong drain odor that had me repeatedly spraying my own perfume. I travel for work often, and this place falls short for the price. I chose it after seeing the photos and reviews, but the value just isn't there. After this experience, I don't think I'll stay in Kahramanmaraş again.

We were satisfied with everything else. The staff were courteous and helpful, but the area beside the hotel was dusty and dirty. That's the one downside.

Yusuf Bey at reception was particularly kind and helpful, and we appreciated his attention and service. My wife and I were comfortable here, one of the few places in Kahramanmaraş where we could stay comfortably. I highly recommend it.
