Kalpe Houses

After a very unpleasant stay here last year, we heard the hotel had new owners and was being fully renovated. A phone conversation with Ms. Nur convinced us to book three nights, and I’m glad we tried again. Ms. Nur and her family run the place, and the staff were all warm, helpful, attentive, and sincere. Both dinner and breakfast tasted great, and we had no trouble finding enough to eat. The room was cleaner than we’d expected, with no obvious issues in the bathroom. It’s hard to find anything negative to say about the renovated Kalpe Houses Hotel. Thank you.

We came back as a family of three after a very bad experience at the same hotel last year. This time it felt like a completely different place. We looked around several rooms and saw that the problems people had mentioned had been addressed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, there were national TV channels, and the rooms were clean. The bathroom had been entirely redone, and there was a new mini-fridge. After seeing the changes, we booked three nights and had a much happier holiday than on our first visit.

The rooms, restaurant, and the rest of the hotel were genuinely clean, which matters most to me on a holiday. We also ate well, the food was tasty and filling. The garden was lovely and green, and although the place is surrounded by forest, we didn’t run into flies. We had a lot of fun here as a family and would recommend it.

Having both the sea nearby and a pool was great, especially for the children, who had fun swimming in a very hygienic pool. This was our only holiday stop in Kerpe, and we loved the cheerful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and practical; the food came hot and tasted good. Staff were attentive and very friendly. We’d recommend it, and it’s close to the sea too.
