Kanyonvadi Hotel

After parking my larger car in a spot shown to me by the parking attendant, the manager confronted me aggressively. He boasted that his hotel was worth $5 million and insulted me by asking what my car was worth, saying it was nothing compared with the hotel. He also mocked me, asking if I was a “VIP” to deserve proper parking. I reported it to reception, hoping for an apology or some resolution, but after midnight someone called and ordered me to come downstairs immediately to meet the manager. I said I was asleep, and they yelled “NOW!” as if I were an employee being summoned. It felt like an attempt to intimidate me into not writing a negative review. No one apologized or tried to make amends, they just doubled down on the hostility. It was a shocking and unacceptable experience, and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism from staff.

I spent two days at this hotel, and the service was amazing. The reception staff, Mrs. Deniz, Fatos, and Seyma, were so friendly. Thanks for all your help.

The breakfast spread was great, and the rooms were big. It’s a decently large hotel that felt kind of luxurious, with free parking and excellent value. The staff were extremely helpful and wonderful. When I accidentally locked my car keys inside, they arranged for a local locksmith. I’m so thankful!

The food was good, and the room felt clean and cozy. Dursun, the manager, was warm and friendly, and helped our group whenever we ran into problems.
