The reception staff were pleasant, and I liked the breakfast. But cleanliness was really poor. The floor service had a greasy film, there were biscuit crumbs by the bed, and a bottle of cologne was left behind a curtain. It didn't look like the mirrors had been cleaned in ages, and there was toothpaste residue in our sink. I'm not sure the cleaners even had a hoover.

It's an affordable three-star hotel in the city center, with good facilities and polite staff. I'm happy with it.
