Pasapark Karatay

The staff were very helpful and attentive, and the location was good, about a 5-7 minute walk from the main attraction, the Molana museum. Our room was big, with lots of space to sit and store luggage, but some furniture was dated and the bathroom needed attention. The TV setup also looked old, with wires and equipment hanging out. Breakfast was average. I didn't see hot items, and there were very few bread choices. We might stay again in the future if the facilities improve.

We couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning, so the room was freezing at night! The hotel itself was lovely, with friendly, efficient staff and an excellent location. Breakfast was a typical Turkish spread, with cereal as well. Konya is an amazing city.

Being so close to Mevlana and lots of bazaars was a real plus. The staff were very friendly, and the service was awesome. The rooms were clean and super comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with everything arranged beautifully. The hotel is just perfect, and I really recommend it to anyone coming to Konya. Thank you so much for the great service.

I've stayed in hotels in many countries, but this was the strangest experience of my life. In the middle of the night, a staff member tried to enter my room. I can't believe how ridiculous that was. I had to wedge something under the door to stop anyone getting in. The room itself was a decent size, and the location was good. Most of the staff were quite helpful, and breakfast was okay. But the entrance light switch didn't work, and several other lights were out. I reported it to maintenance, but nothing much came of it. I wouldn't stay here again. I'll choose somewhere more professional.
