The welcome was a real highlight: a small band, a campfire, and hot tea when I arrived. I stayed two nights, and the room was okay for size, though there was no safe. The hotel restaurant food was just okay at best, and my salad looked pale and old. The stay itself was easy, and having a Starbucks cafe near the lobby was a bonus, though it only took cash.

April in this city is really cold, so it helped that the room was warm enough for a comfortable night's sleep. The room was small but fine for a reasonably priced stay, and the bed was clean. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. Staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was tasty, and there's a cafe right below the hotel for coffee. Definitely recommended.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the place seems to meet a fairly high standard, despite a few small flaws that may be part of Turkish culture. It's pricey, but the hotel seems to be moving in the right direction each year, judging by the reviews. Keep going!

The food was really tasty, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful, including the service personnel. Thanks to all of them, especially Mr Hussein at the night shift front desk. I had a really nice stay here, right in front of the university gate.
