Sarikamis Habitat Otel

Serkan, the hotel manager, was amazing throughout our stay. He speaks good English and was extremely helpful, which made things very pleasant. Mr. Kürşat and Ms. Gülsüm, the owners, also made a point of meeting their guests and were very hospitable. I understand that the wife cooks, and the food was delicious, with something different at each meal. It was my first time trying Turkish food in Turkey, and it left a lasting impression. This was our first stop in Turkey, and the hospitality gave us a good impression. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The biggest issue was the smell of food reaching across the lobby and even up to the first two floors. The restaurant and lobby are so close together that better ventilation is needed, because it was extremely disturbing. Otherwise, it was a cozy hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The rooms were moderately furnished, and the food was above average.

For skiing, there are slopes on the mountain for different skill levels, and the area is well prepared. People at Sarıkamiş habitat hotel were very helpful, and most could speak English, including staff at reception, the restaurants and spa. The full-board meals were amazing each day. I also found the spa services really amazing, especially the massage techniques, and the cost was good for all the services. To me, this is the best place for skiing in Turkey.

The staff were the friendliest I've seen at a hotel. It's close to the slopes, and there's also a good shop for ski rentals and lessons. I'd definitely recommend it.
