Hera Hotel

The location is good, just a few minutes' walk from downtown, with a nice view from the rooms and parking available. The staff were helpful, especially receptionist Demet. But I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms were old, uncomfortable, and dirty, particularly the sheets and covers. We even found a bed bug. The fridge didn't work, breakfast was poor, and reaching the room meant using two tiny elevators. There are much better options. Maybe the photos are from when the place first opened!

The location and amenities were a plus, but the hotel really needs to improve its general cleanliness. Our room should have been cleaned properly, with fresh bedding and toiletries like shampoo stocked. The price we paid didn’t feel in line with the value of the stay.

I can’t comment on the rooms since I didn’t stay overnight, but I went to the spa twice and loved it. After my treatments I could use the pool and rooftop, which had a gorgeous sunset view. The spa and atmosphere make it worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

The Hera Hotel was great value, with a very good breakfast and a location that worked well for me. It’s about a four-minute walk to the center of Kaş, where the bars and restaurants get lively at night. The ocean views are stunning, and the hotel has its own beach club across the road on the waterfront. There’s also a pool and access to the sea. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with excellent bedding and bathroom details, as you’d expect from a place of this type. The staff were hospitable, especially the hotel manager, Ibrahim. Many hotels along this strip sit against the mountains and don’t have elevators, but Hera Hotel does, so getting around without stairs was easy. I was very pleased with my stay and highly recommend it when visiting Kaş.
