Kas Gulet

The caves and scenery were incredible, and so was Steve the turtle. We were collected from Kalkan in an air-conditioned bus and taken to the harbour for what was easily the best boat trip I’ve been on. It felt like having our own yacht for the day. Mehmet was a fantastic captain and treated us like family. We were looked after so well, with food and drinks throughout the day, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. If you do just one thing, take a trip with Osman or his son Mehmet.

Our family of four, with kids aged 11 and 14, went out with Osman yesterday, and I can’t recommend him and his family enough. They welcomed us onto their beautiful boat and were wonderful company all day. The trip can be as laid-back or adventurous as you want. We relaxed, paddled in the bays and snorkelled in the clear water. If you’re up for more, his son can show you places for deeper freediving or cliff diving. The food was amazing, with loads to choose from at the buffet breakfast and lunch. His wife is a wonderful cook. Osman also picked great places to anchor, taking the boat into spots other boats wouldn’t go. Thanks for such a lovely day.

The food kept coming all day: a tasty breakfast, fish and chicken BBQ cooked over the sea with plenty of homemade mezzes, then fresh fruit and biscuits later. We definitely didn’t need dinner that night. We even swam with Steve the turtle, who seems to smell the BBQ as soon as it comes out at lunchtime. Our day started at the stunning Blue Cave, then we went to Mandraki and St George’s Bay, before visiting the Island of Meis in Greece in the evening. We had a brilliant time and would happily recommend it to friends and clients. We were so well looked after on captainosmanmuslu boat by mehmet_muslu_. Greece in a day! Thank you so much.

We’ve been on three trips with Captain Osman and his family, and wouldn’t choose anyone else. Their care and hard work, along with the beautiful places they take you, make each trip fantastic. They’re experienced and clearly put a lot into looking after people. Thanks, and see you next year.
