I spent two days at this hotel and have never encountered a place this dirty. There was a used sanitary pad under my bed, and for days I couldn't work out where the bad smell was coming from. I asked the cleaner to check carefully, but they didn't bother; I found it myself. When I told the staff, their replies were rude and disrespectful. The hotel also kept trying to overcharge me and pressure me into buying extra tours. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were clean and nice, the service was good, and breakfast was pleasant. It's a basic hotel close to town, so nights can get noisy, though the rooms are fairly well soundproofed. We enjoyed our stay apart from one incident: we got trapped in the elevator, which was frightening. Staff eventually got us out but didn't apologize and seemed to find it funny. We found that disrespectful.

Mehmet Bey and the staff were caring and extremely helpful. Our room was cleaned and sanitized very thoroughly, and breakfast was served at our table under the COVID safety measures, which they handled properly. We stayed for two nights and left very happy. The hotel is right in the center, with spacious, spotless rooms, a nice minimal atmosphere, polite staff, and very reasonable prices. A perfect place to stay. Big thanks.

Metehan and Samet helped us a lot, and the staff were very helpful overall. The rooms were so clean and pleasing that they reminded me of rooms I'd had at a five-star hotel in another city. The location is good too, just three minutes from the harbor and three minutes from bar street and restaurants. It's a good-value hotel. We'll be back next year, and we already know where we're staying.

A small city hotel with clean rooms, a nice minimalist interior, and very helpful staff. It's right in the center but still quiet. I highly recommend it.
