Hotel Kayahan

The owner and staff made us feel like family, and the hotel even arranged free valet parking, which was a real help in this busy town where parking is tricky. We also took the boat tour they organized to Kokova. It was one of the best days of our six weeks of travel, with a great lunch and snorkeling at six spots. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with an amazing rooftop view. We’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is right in central Kas, close to the old town and seaside promenade. We had a space reserved in the street parking out front, marked with the hotel’s cones, so parking was easy. The rooms look clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, with the basics done well. The staff were friendly, smiling, and willing to help. A very positive stay.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. It’s a lovely hotel near the city center, and breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff were fantastic, all of them, and went out of their way for guests. There’s a big fridge by reception selling the cheapest beer in the area, and they let you take it to the dining area to enjoy the views. The small pool was lovely and big enough for a swim. The breakfast was a traditional Turkish spread, served in a top-floor room with views across the bay, harbour, and Greek island of meis. Our room was clean and good, with a small bathroom but a nice shower and hairdryer, plus a great balcony view. It’s a quaint hotel and a great base for staying in Kas.
