A lovely little boutique hotel, even if the rooms are small.
The reception guy is polite and friendly, and the long-haired, thin woman is strict but disciplined and welcoming. The rest of my stay was really poor. The mattresses were stained and awful, the sheets had tears, and the fridge didn't work. There was no air conditioning or housekeeping, and no soap or toilet paper, which I expect as standard hotel basics. The bathroom and shower doors wouldn't shut properly, and the ventilation window had no bars. Smoke or perfume from other rooms spread through all the rooms. Guests were loud at night, so getting decent sleep was impossible, and staff didn't help when that happened. They also won't return anything you leave behind at checkout.
Getting here from the bus station is easy on bus 900, and the hotel is both affordable and conveniently close to central Kayseri. I was in room 501 on the fifth floor. The room had a faint cigarette smell, though I don't blame the hotel since there are no-smoking signs everywhere. The rooms are aired out and cleaned daily. Breakfast is a buffet, the beds are comfortable and not saggy, and the linens are bright white. Everything was adequate, and the staff were very pleasant, kind, and helpful.
Bulvar Hotel is a decent place with friendly staff. It's in the city center, 6 km from the airport, 7 km from the bus terminal, 22 km from Erciyes Ski Resort, and 5 km from Kadir Has Stadium.
The rooms were warm, and the staff treated our group with real care. We appreciate how attentive they were to our disabled group, and everyone was friendly.
