Crowne Plaza KAYSERI

The pool was huge and gorgeous, with crystal clear water and detailed decorations. The fitness center was far bigger than I expected, about four rooms long, and rivaled the gym back home. It had lots of machines, including a reformer, plus cardio gear, a punching bag, free weights, a cable machine, and a Pilates room. The locker rooms also had a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath area, all free to use. After a 24-hour travel day, we were lucky to get upgraded to a family-sized room with a nice view since it wasn’t busy. There were little treats and fruit waiting for us, and the AC was great on such a hot day. The staff were very friendly. They even offered my daughter juice while she waited at check-in, worn out on the couch after the flight. Breakfast was included for the next day, and the Turkish buffet had so many choices there was something for everyone. The room was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. We wished we could have stayed for a few days instead of one night.

The place was spotless, and the security team was excellent. Ramazan Bey was especially hospitable. We’ll be back soon!

The room was cozy and had a beautiful view, and the dining options were delicious. Everything was better than I expected. Mrs. Saniye Sanem and the restaurant staff were especially helpful, friendly, and always available. I’ll keep staying here whenever I travel to or through Kayseri.
