Four Mansions Hotel Boutique-hotel

We came as a family of six in January, and even the tricky parking turned out fine. The hotel gave us directions and parked the car for us. It’s right in the city center, the rooms are really nice, and the staff go out of their way to help. I’d read good reviews, but the hotel was even better in person. Probably my best hotel experience in Turkey, a real five-star stay.

The breakfast had loads of choices, and it was one of the two best we had on our Turkey vacation. Everything looked homemade. The staff were lovely to chat with, and the boutique hotel has been beautifully restored from historical mansions. It seems to be part of a bigger project restoring historical places in Kayseri. The hotel is right by the culture route, which was fun to walk along and a nice change after a day skiing in the mountain.

Breakfast was great, and Ahmet, our waiter, was always friendly and helpful. Merve and Esra at reception were especially kind and helpful as well. The staff here are all great. I had an excellent stay. The room was spacious and perfectly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I can’t think of a single complaint, and I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Kayseri.

The location is central to anything you might want while exploring Kayseri’s lovely history. These were the most comfortable rooms I’ve had during three weeks of touring the country, and I highly recommend the breakfast. Best in Turkey!
