Merve Deluxe Otel & Rezidans

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Clean and good.

The bathroom was filthy, the sheets hadn't been changed, and there was a ceiling leak that left the floor soaked. There wasn't even a mirror or hot water. A damaged door and dirty shared areas had already made a bad impression before I reached the room. I wish I'd taken pictures so you could see it for yourselves. I went to reception to ask for the room and sheets to be cleaned and for hot water. The answer was that I could leave if I wasn't happy, but I wouldn't get a refund. They also made us leave before 11 a.m., even though the booking said checkout was at 2 p.m. I've travelled a lot, and this is the worst accommodation I've ever seen. I can only call the place a sewer, and it doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. Spend a few extra euros and stay somewhere else.

There was noise constantly, and we couldn't get any peace. The rooms were a mess, the bathroom was in awful shape, the toilet was damaged, and the TVs didn't work. The place looked nothing like the online descriptions or photos. Don't trust the good reviews. We learned the hard way, and it felt like a complete waste of money. Better to pay a little more for somewhere decent. I'd only stay here if I had absolutely no choice.
