My Liva Hotel

The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was wonderful. The staff welcomed us warmly and were very kind.

We slept well because the hotel was quiet, and the dark curtains kept the light out at night. The room had a small balcony behind a glass door, with a view of the mountains, and I liked having a separate little reading light by the bed. It was comfortable and very clean, with a nice smell. There was a TV, kettle, two cups and spoons, tea bags, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The building looks modern and well cared for, and the staff were polite and helpful. The train station is about 6-9 minutes away.

We spent four days at My Live Hotel during a ski holiday. They even helped us find ski rentals and worked on problems that weren't really their responsibility. They’re lovely, honest people, and My Liva Hotel is now our favorite place in Kayseri.

I could barely sleep because the room smelled intensely of smoke, as if people had been smoking in it for years. Even with all the no-smoking signs, that was the room I was given. Opening the window for air didn’t help much, since it faced a busy street that stayed noisy all night.
