Old Farm Hotel

Our business trip was thrown into disarray before it could properly begin. We had travelled all day from Bulgaria to Kemalpasa, Turkey, but on arriving at the hotel were told our three reservations had been cancelled because of overbooking. The hotel had sent a message to booking only two hours before we got there. We had booked at the start of September for October 7, and had kept in touch with the hotel, which assured us everything was fine and they would be expecting us. Because they did not tell us in time, our meetings had to be postponed. The worst customer service ever. We also spoke with other guests after arriving. They said they had booked just a week earlier, which made it seem the hotel gives some guests priority and does not care about others. I really wouldn't recommend booking this hotel online. You could end up with nowhere to stay.

If you're around the Izmir Kemalpasa area, I'd definitely recommend this simple, comfortable hotel. I stayed four nights, enjoyed the mountain views, and found the staff excellent.

So quiet and peaceful, with lovely views and the best staff. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone. 👏🏽👏🏽♥️❤🙏🙏💋🔥♥️❤🧡💙

The breakfast was just okay, maybe 5 out of 10. Still, I loved the place. I went with my father, and he didn't like it, but I found it so quiet, with perfect weather and clean, fresh air. The staff member with the earring was really helpful and spoke English.
