The rooms weren’t cleaned, the plumbing leaked, and the air conditioning broke every day. The floors weren’t washed either, and the place felt completely unsanitary. It was the dirtiest hotel in Kemer I’ve seen. The food was disgusting, and the attitude was just as bad. The bar was open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, but wine was available only every other time. They’re ripping people off. Aziz was at reception and wouldn’t let us check into a room unless we slipped him at least $50. The woman at the bar also extorted tips. Don’t go here if you value your life.

The pool was dirty and nobody seemed to maintain it. Our room was fairly run-down, though by this hotel’s standards it wasn’t too bad, and it didn’t stink that much. The air conditioning worked fine. Watch out for the nightstand: I set my phone on it and one leg and part of the side fell off. Some lamps had no shades, and there was mold in the cabinets. I’ve never stayed somewhere dirtier. People call this place “a pigsty,” and I can see why. The staff couldn’t care less. The food was there, but I won’t judge the taste since everyone likes different things. Masha, the bartender, deserves a mention for being brazen and insolent, and as unkempt and dirty as the hotel. She picks her toes, then a minute later pours ice into guests’ glasses. When serving drinks, she makes comments about how everyone is sick of her and she doesn’t owe anyone anything. You can’t easily catch her at the bar, either. I had no money, so I made do with what I had. Would I go back? I’m skeptical.

The only decent thing was the balcony view. The place itself was disgusting, and I wouldn’t consider it even if you only plan to sleep there. You’ll ruin your vacation. We were put in what felt like a barn on the first day because they said there were no rooms available. I read that this is common. The air conditioning smelled strongly of dust, and there wasn’t any toilet paper. Food was below average, WiFi cost extra, and the slide ran for only a couple of hours a day. Stray cats and dogs wandered around, and the bar was always empty. I’m sure you’ll run into other problems too. I had to argue with the staff almost every day just to get anything improved.

My sister and I stayed here last year, and I liked it. The room cleaning was almost nonexistent, and the service was, to put it bluntly, pennies, so don’t expect much there. Still, I don’t regret picking this hotel. It’s right in the center, with everything close by. We had lots of fun, went to the beach every day, and spent evenings at clubs or walking around. Sometimes we even got back in the morning. Thanks to Ginza Travel, we flew to Istanbul. Before that, we spent the whole day on a boat. 🤗
