Fame Residence Kemer & Spa - All Inclusive Resort

We were both unhappy with our haircuts at the hotel salon, and we wouldn’t recommend using it. A young woman cut our hair, and the results were very poor. One of us was a child; when she started crying about her haircut, she was scolded and told she couldn’t cry because this was a five-star hotel. It was an uncomfortable, unprofessional experience.

We came back because we’d had such a good stay the year before, and most of this visit was pleasant. What disappointed us was the change at the beach and pool: towels were left on loungers for hours, so in the morning it was hard to find a free one. Last year, staff cleared loungers that had been left unused for over an hour, and that worked well. In the evenings, we also saw quite a few people wearing wristbands from other resorts using the sunbeds near the paid pier on the right. They tended to stay at the edge, and there were enough loungers then, but it felt uncomfortable to see non-guests using the facilities and leaving their things there. Staff spoke to them, but they stayed. The old system had been a real plus for us.

The hotel itself was clean, and the food and service were excellent, but one interaction ruined our stay. We’d ordered a birthday cake and had a receipt to prove it. When we asked about it, the blonde Russian lady handling customer relations said we hadn’t ordered or paid. She accepted it only after we showed the receipt, then told us to shut up and said rudely that the cake would come eventually. Her arrogant, aggressive treatment was deeply offensive and disappointing.

We were there in March last year and loved the clean, beautiful hotel and the great food. We didn’t swim much, but still enjoyed every minute. Everything was included, with several bars serving wine, cocktails, coffee and tea. The location was lovely too, and we enjoyed walking around Kemer.
