Kemer Star Hotel

We had the same breakfast every day, and there was no kettle in the room. Our room wasn't cleaned during the four days we stayed. If you're in a room behind hotel Astoria, you'll hear music every day. This isn't a three-star hotel.

The location is decent and the pool area is well kept, but those were the only positives for me. Poolside music played loudly late into the night, carrying through the building because there was no soundproofing. Getting a decent night's sleep was nearly impossible. Some staff openly flirted with female guests, which made things uncomfortable and unprofessional. Courtesy and professionalism seemed lacking, and staff often came across as uninterested or not trained for hospitality. Breakfast looked unappetizing, and the dirty dishes and sticky surfaces made me question the hygiene. The hotel has potential, but falls well short of what even a budget traveler should expect. I can't recommend staying here.

The rooms are nice, the pool is clean, and the hotel is in a decent central spot. Breakfast has lots of local options.

The team made my holiday feel like ten stars, and I'm definitely coming back in 2023 with some friends. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful when I had questions, and they spoke very good English. The rooms were great, with a really comfortable mattress and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Food was delicious, and everything we ordered seemed made with care. The pool was big enough and always super clean. It's a small hotel in a perfect spot, about a five-minute walk from the center of Kemer, just right for a relaxing holiday. Prices were very good, too.
