Orange County Kemer

We had a pleasant 12 days and would come back anytime, but without the kids. There weren’t many activities for them, and the kids club was very small. The resort itself is lovely, with awesome entertainment and an entertainment crew. Rooms are big and cleaned every day, and the food is good, though there are some repeated dishes here and there, you won’t starve. They serve international spirits, including absolut, jack, havana, and black label. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to shops and the sea side avenue.

The beach was incredible, with clean water and soft sand, and our room had a lovely view. The food had lots of delicious options each day. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and service was outstanding from start to finish. Dinara was especially helpful and professional, with kindness and attention to detail that made the stay even better. I’d highly recommend this resort in Kemer for a relaxing, unforgettable vacation! 🌊☀️🍴

Our stay was terrible from beginning to end, and I would never recommend this hotel. Reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. We booked online and had a signed confirmation, but on arrival they said the reservation wasn’t valid. After a lot of trouble, they gave us a room for only 2 days. We then moved to another hotel, and later came back for another 2 days. Some of our family had already stayed there, and this completely ruined our trip. The hotel doctor also seemed crafty. I mentioned a small pain, and he sent me to the hospital as if everything would be free. In the end, I was charged $600 for a short doctor visit, a small blood test, and a serum injection. It felt dishonest and exploitative. The management and staff aren’t trustworthy.

I stayed for 5 days, and it was the worst experience ever. When something went wrong, I asked them to check the cameras to prove what I said, but they refused. They only look at the cameras when they aren’t at fault, not when they’ve done something wrong themselves. The reception staff and manager don’t treat guests respectfully. I’ve now realized they repeatedly tell people, “we dont have a reservation under your name” 🫨. If you’re choosing this hotel, change your mind.
