The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay of about two days. The hotel was very good overall, though it's a little far from the sea. Being near a school also means there can be noise during school hours. We had a discount on our booking, but unfortunately they wouldn't accept it, which was disappointing.

We enjoyed all six days so much! The staff were amazing, polite, kind and professional. Food was delicious and filling, and we could have as much water and coffee as we wanted. The pool was just what we needed in the hot sun. The beaches and city centre weren't far, and having a shop right in the hotel was really convenient. I'm giving it all the stars! Thank you, Maria and Ruslana ❤️

The room door was rusty and the lighting was very dim. There was no water coming through in the bathroom, and the hotel is much farther from the seaside than the others.

This place might do for one night, but there are plenty of better choices nearby. It's an old building near what seems like a wasteland, with a dirty dining room and an extremely poor breakfast. Some reception staff weren't friendly and couldn't speak basic English.

Choose a different hotel. The room was old and dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and the service terrible. We had trouble with the hot water. We only needed somewhere to sleep and shower, but even those basic things were a problem. Never again.
