The rooftop has great views, and the hotel is in a really good spot. Our room was clean, but the shower stayed cold because the water never got hot. We also weren't told that minibar items cost extra.

We found someone else's hair in the bed, and the sheets hadn't been changed. The receptionists also took things from our bags. Completely unacceptable.

For Kilis, the price feels far too high. It shouldn't cost more than luxury tourist hotels in Istanbul. The hotel itself was good, though.

The hotel has a nice view and a good location. The staff seemed very kind and pleasant as people, but their work was disappointing. I'd rate that side of the experience 4/10.

There's free soup at the restaurant around midnight, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the airport and has a large car park. The only drawback for me was that it's a little far from the old city.
