My mother also asked me to mention Aden/Eden, who was kind and helpful to her. She had left her wallet in the lobby, and reception found it and kept it safe. The name issue at check-in was my mistake, though resolving it by transferring the guest name turned out to be difficult and time-consuming. Mr. Arslan and his team were polite and professional, and said they could change the name once they received an email from Agoda. Communicating with Agoda took hours and wasn’t easy or convenient, but once the hotel got the email, they kept their word and updated the guest name. The whole staff were very sweet with my mother too.

The thermal pool, hamman, and other facilities were the best part. The rooms aren’t soundproof, the furniture is very old, and breakfast was weak.

I’ve stayed at your hotel for the fifth or sixth time and will come back as soon as I can. The front office staff are great, the rooms are clean, and the spa and thermal pools are waiting for you. The front office team is incredible, and the food served there is delicious and fresh. My regards to the manager. See you soon, good team.

The room was good, and the location is quiet, though a bit far from the city. We had an AC issue that took a long time to resolve, so the hotel management upgraded our room because of it.
