Garra Hotels

I stayed four days in May 2026 and left very satisfied. Reception and kitchen staff were polite and helpful. The location is central, the price reasonable, and I recommend it.

The cafeteria is roomy and comfortable, and stays open around the clock with tea, coffee, and fruit juice. The rooms and shared spaces were nice and clean, and breakfast was superb.

I was having trouble finding a hotel in Konya, so I picked this one without much thought and don't regret it at all. My room, number 208, was clean and airy, and I was very pleased with it. The people at reception were very kind. I recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Mevlana Museum, but my stay was a big disappointment. We booked a standard room through Etstur and were given what seemed to be an eco-friendly room in the annex, probably one of the worst there. It was cramped and narrow, with old, neglected furnishings that looked untouched for years. I still think it was the worst room in the hotel. The booking site showed only a few attractive photos across the room types and didn't display all the room features. Even after I called to ask, what we got wasn't what I expected from a standard room. We complained to the manager, but he had little to say beyond explaining there was a lot of activity because of a trade fair. I won't book through Etstur again. I feel they mislead people.
