Novotel Konya

The Roof Restaurant was lively all night, with dancing and great live music. The staff were attentive and very friendly, and İlyas and Güneş made the evening even better with their service. Such a fun place, highly recommend it.

Compared with the Royal sense spa resort by Hilton on Crete Island, where we'd just been, this hotel was much better. At breakfast, Nisa Aleyna was patient and kindly showed us how to make decaffeinated coffee on the machine. We didn't speak the same language, but she explained it carefully and kept smiling the whole time. The restaurant service was excellent.

The elevator ride to the 7th floor took half an hour, stopping at every floor, and after dinner the bathroom door came off its hinges and nearly fell on my sister. This is ridiculous, and I expect a generic response. The hotel was unbearably hot, with no AC. The jacuzzi had no water and the pool was full of leaves. The shower didn't drain right, and the toilet door wouldn't close, which is uncomfortable when traveling with my sister. The dining room was overcrowded, and its chairs made me reach up to the table even though I'm 6'1. The food was good, the iced tea was good, and at least the hand towels were nice.

The lobby felt calm and refined, and the hotel as a whole had a warm, welcoming energy. Our room was modern and comfortable, with what we needed, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The restaurant had plenty to choose from, made with fresh, good-quality ingredients. We stayed with family in October 2025, and the staff were kind and professional throughout. They were easy to reach whenever we needed something, and especially thoughtful with our children. Many of them were so kind. Thanks to Elif, Betül, Aleyna and Sena for their warmth and hospitality. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend Novotel, Konya.
