Rukiye at reception was friendly and very helpful, and made us feel valued. We stayed one night while visiting Konya and booked late during Bayram, but the price was reasonable. The rooms are modern and luxurious, with lovely underfloor heating. Unfortunately the air conditioning seemed locked so it couldn't go below 20°C, which left our room too hot.

The room wasn't clean. There was hair in the washroom and on the floor, and the furniture seemed oddly arranged, with the couch crooked and the bar chairs scattered around. Still, the breakfast was amazing. There was also a small playground for kids, and the pool was nice. Just remember to bring a swimming cap, since they don't allow hair in the water. It was alright overall.

For the money, this was a great stay. We spent one night and were impressed with the hospitality, the car valeting service, and the spa. The spacious room was nicely decorated, had great furniture, and the jacuzzi worked. It's clear they care a lot about the guest experience. I can't fault the place and would highly recommend staying here if you're in Konya.

Adem at reception was especially helpful, sharing local tips and recommendations. The staff were all super friendly. Our room was quite big and comfortable, and the shower was a 10/10. Breakfast was good too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place anytime!

The staff were friendly, and our room was huge, but it was very noisy. The sound insulation was bad enough that it felt like we were sleeping outdoors beside passing cars. We didn't sleep well. Maybe the rooms at the back of the hotel are better.
