Breakfast with a beautiful view was a plus, and the stay was comfortable. Best place to stay if you're visiting Konya. Thank you.

The views are excellent, and the location is very convenient, close to a good restaurant. I wasn't thrilled with the airport transfer charges.

My flight to Ankara was cancelled at the last minute, and there were no alternative flights available for 3 days. I was due to take a train to Konya the next day. I contacted the hotel in Ankara to request a cancellation without charge, and they accepted within minutes. I also messaged Rumi Hotel several times asking to cancel and waive the charges, but never got any response. Why offer bookings through a platform if you don't use its messaging? I had a two-night reservation and never showed up. How can you justify not reaching out at all?

The room lighting was a bit dim, it smelled of smoke, and it could have been a little cleaner. Still, the hotel was beautiful and close to all the tourist attractions in the city centre. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was varied and delicious.
