My wife and I have stayed in all sorts of places, including apartments, hotels, and campsites, but I've never seen a room this filthy. We'd booked and paid by phone for one night. At reception, the man said something like, “I didn't know you were coming.” We had to prove the reservation and payment, call the number we'd spoken to, and explain it all before we barely got the issue sorted. The first room had urine residue and hair on the toilet. My wife went down to ask for another room, but the other rooms she was shown were in the same state. She accidentally walked into one that looked empty but was occupied, and I had to stop her from fighting. The second room we got was just as bad: dirty, smelly toilets, hair in the beds, bathrobes and sofas in poor condition, and a refrigerator that didn't work. It seemed like they thought making the beds counted as cleaning. We used our own wet wipes and napkins to avoid touching things. The only decent thing about the rooms might be that the qibla direction is marked on the ceiling, but how can anyone pray in that filth? We wouldn't have stayed a minute if it hadn't been so late and if we hadn't come to visit a relative in the hospital right across from the hotel. I definitely don't recommend it.

We came twice. The first visit was fine because only hotel guests were around, but the second time the service wasn't at the same level. There were lots of students, and the food was gone as they rushed it like they'd just come out of a famine. It was a disgrace and a waste of money, and I couldn't stop telling my family about it. When we came with them, it was a terrible experience: glass pieces and twigs were under the bed, even though we had three babies with us. The place was dusty and full of flies. The pools were inadequate, and even the ceiling was covered in styrofoam. I didn't like it. The price went up by 2000 lira between the two years. Last January we paid 2900 lira per person here, then in October we went to Sanitas and paid 2500 lira, despite only ten months between the visits. Sanitas is a very good hotel and costs less. The place would have gone bankrupt without the students. Don't choose it, and don't let anyone else choose it either.

We reserved by phone, then ended up outside, unable to get into the hotel. Reception gave us another number to call, and the person there immediately tried to refund our money. I can't understand what sort of place we ended up at. Don't even think of coming by mistake, you'll be miserable. Sleep in your car instead.
